- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This places way of business is terrible. I went in yesterday morning for strep throat. I received an antibiotic after 3 hour wait. On the paperwork given to me it said if any symptoms get worse or something else occurs call the health care provider. I called later that night and the staff that answered the phone was absoultly rude and terrible. No matter what I said to her she consistently interrupted me by saying we cannot give any information over the phone. Today I received a call from the hospital as a check up curtosy call and the woman who I talked was extremely rude as well. I asked her why it says that on the paper if there's no way the hospital can give out medical advice. She could not give me an answer all she said was that the staff on that night should've told me to come in. This place is slow, poorly staffed, rude staff, and ran poorly.
